Details you submit in our contact and quote forms (name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company, service, budget, timeline and project description), details you leave when you ask to talk to a person, and the messages you type into our chat assistant.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, provide support, and improve our answers and services. We do not sell your information.
Where it is stored
Form and chat submissions are stored in the database of our application platform (AppDeploy). If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp or email, those messages are handled by those services under their own policies.
AI assistant
Chat messages are processed by an AI service to produce answers. Please do not share passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information in the chat.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for our business records. To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, email info@vasttechsolution.com.
